Aloha,

This was fun!! I am 99% sure it is

Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort %26amp; Spa

The pool gave it away!

So tell us, how much? What view?

I agree, Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort %26amp; Spa is the ONLY resort advertising a multi-level fantasy pool and waterslide...

Agreed... Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort

Ditto.

Sheraton. But think you should know that while it is indeed ';oceanfront'; there is no beach! It%26#39;s on a lava shelf. The closest safe place to get into the water is over at the Keauhou harbor--s sandy spot at the north, past the docks. If you are willing to take a medium walk you could walk there. Otherwise you are in the pool looking at the ocean. The main beach near there is Kahaluu, with snorkeling and lifeguards but definitely a drive away on Alii.

I realize some people don;t care to go in the ocean at all, but thought you should know.

Yeah, sounds like the Sheraton but who gives the Sheraton five stars? Seriously? Five out of ten?

Good luck and happy travels!

What was the price? The Sheraton is a nice hotel ... perhaps five stars in some countries :) but I think I saw you had another post about KVR? If so, the Sheraton is not any comparison.

To see what Honu is referring to, go to wizardpub.com, click on Big Island, then click on Sheraton. You%26#39;ll get an aerial view.

agreed, the 5 star is crazy talk.

Just the fact that it%26#39;s in Keauhou and has the pool identifies it as the Sheraton.

Priceline used to have Sheraton as 4 star but when I looked at this spring it now designates it as Resort. (or did in March).

Just go to the Sheraton Keauhou website; they have plenty of photos and you can get a pretty good idea (factoring in that they use photos putting them in best light).
