shuttle from thrifty to cruise pier?

i%26#39;ve gotten two different stories as to whether or not thrifty car rental at the honolulu airport offers a shuttle from their airport location to the cruise pier. i know they pick up from the pier, but i need to know if they drop off at the pier as well.

i called the central number, but the woman didn%26#39;t know the answer and put me on hold. then the phone line disconnected. so i went online and found the number for the seaside avenue thrifty location in waikiki. so i called there, and the guy who answered said that yes, there was a shuttle that would take us to the pier from the airport location. so i called the central number again, just to make sure. the woman who got my call (a different woman from before) said flat out, ';no, you%26#39;ll have to get a taxi.';

anybody know the real story here?
