flying on ATA.?!?

So can anyone tell me if we use our own headphones will they work because the airline website shows headphones with 2 prongs!! Can%26#39;t seem to figure it out and I knew I could count on ya%26#39;ll!

Any other helpful info? Their website doesn%26#39;t even have the movie schedule listed! :o(

Thanks!

flying on ATA.?!?

You%26#39;ll have to rent their headphones for 3 bucks, unless you have adapter...

For Movies check: http://www.atasights.com/movies

They may not have updated the site, so movies might have changed...

flying on ATA.?!?

Also, I%26#39;d plan to bring some grub on the plane....their food choices look like a rip-off (yea, you have to pay for them...)!!

See: https:/…meals.html

You can get an adapter at Radio Shack. Try that.

P.s. you have to pay for food on most airlines now, domestically. Except Hawaiian Airlines.

American, United...they all charge for food now.

We flew ATA OAK-KOA in April and our regular headphones worked. There are two holes, but just used one and it worked fine for all 3 of us.

And yes their ';meals'; are overpriced snack boxes, just like other airlines these days. You can only purchase with credit cards - no cash accepted.

We just flew ATA last month and, even though the headphone outlets were two-pronged, my i-Pod headphones worked great. I thought I would be hearing the audio out of only one ear since my headphones were only plugged into one hole, but the audio was in both ears. No need to waste the $3 or whatever on the headphones.

The movies were pretty good. One of them was Casino Royale and I can%26#39;t remember the other (was asleep). They were the typical movies you would find on any other airline. The magazine in the seat pocket had the list of what was showing.

As for the food, I would also recommend bringing something on the flight. The food they had for sale was mainly snacks (chips, nuts, fruit snacks). We brought sandwiches on board and were glad that we had em.

Well I was a little worried about ATA , I was trying to cancel them and go out of Hawaiian Airlines, but my tickets were non refundable oh well shouldnt be too bad as long as its getting me to Maui :) I guess I%26#39;ll have to take my own food what about drinks?? do they offer mixed drinks?

I called them last week as I%26#39;m flying ATA to Maui in August. Complimentary juice, coffee, and soft drinks. Beer, wine and cocktails are $5. They told me no cash, only credit cards.

Mega: Thanks for that info well thats good to know.....

Your regular headphones/headsets will work fine.

Most people on our flight last week brought food and snacks. the snacks they sell are listed on the website but I did not see many people buying them since they brought their own.

Flight was fine for us. We had Rocky Balboa as the movie.

So we have to bring our own headsets? didnt they used to supply them before?
