I%26#39;m not a snorkel beginner, but not an expert either. I guess i%26#39;m intermediate. I want to snorkel at Molokini and go to Turtle Town. Can you recommend any of the following?

-Mahana M%26#39;aie

-Lani Kai

-Paragon

-Trilogy Molokini snorkel

-anyone else????

We%26#39;ve been with Trilogy twice. Once to Molokini and once to another place, the name escapes me now but it was West Maui. Both trips were good but my husband liked Molokini better. Trilogy is great though, great crews and good food. I%26#39;d go with them again in a second.

I used Maui Dive Shop - we did Molokini and Turtle Town. Just a morning trip, no lunch served, but nice small group - around 20. Served breakfast snacks and then fresh fruit, beverages available too. Would not hesitate to go with them again. I think I remember seeing discount coupons in one of those many books while I was there, although I just did a last minute walk up.

My husband and I have been on Trilogy excursions twice. Once to Molokini and the other time to Lanai. I can%26#39;t say enough wonderful things about them!! We had excellent times on both occasions. Both times we were served a continental breakfast and a lunch. The crew is wonderful and very helpful. We are going again with them early June %26#39;07.

There are no major discounts with Trilogy. However if you book online, you can save 10%. Check out www.sailtrilogy.com

You will not be disappointed.

We%26#39;ve been to Molokini with Trilogy and also to Lanai with them and I would go with Trilogy every time. Also give mile marker 14 between Lahina and Maalea a try ; actually find mile marker 14 and go toward Lahina about 1/2 mile; fewer people and better underwater views.

1st time we were there we did Molokini-don%26#39;t remember the company-it was a great big catamaran.

The last time, we did Captain Steve%26#39;s rafting trip to Lanai and that was a BLAST!!

I say Trilogy also. They boats aren%26#39;t as crowded and they do a great job. Used them to go to Molokini.

Of the ones we have used Aqua Adventure is by far head %26amp; shoulders above the rest. ( www.mauisnorkelsnuba.com ) Thes guys and gals are awesome and they go to Molokini and Wailea ( Turtle Town/Arches ) The boat only carries 40 passengers so your not in a huge crowd but it%26#39;s big enough to have a comfortable ride. We have used them twice now the last time in July with our sons. Both were begginer snorkelers and my youngest son and I did the SNUBA. Worth every penny to be able to swim below the surface in the turtles own world not just float around on the top. The owners and crew of Aqua Adventure are top rate. The boat is pretty much one of a kind on Maui as far as I know. And if you use them be sure to buy the DVD of your trip. It%26#39;s takes about month for them to send it to you but it%26#39;s so worth it. We got the vids from both of our trips and their one our favorite keepsakes of our trips to Maui. I can%26#39;t say enough about them. If we ever go back to Molokini we will be using them again.

We have been on The Lani Kai twice and really enjoyed it. The boat is big and spacious, the crew is friendly and helpful. There is a slide, and a fresh water shower. They do a deli lunch and a continental breakfast, there is plenty of food and they make two stops. I recommend them.

I forgot to mention that my preference is to go by catamaran....

Thanks for all the posts... any other recommendations?
