Lahaina Rooftop Restaurant

I remember reading a post a while back about a restaurant in Lahaina that had rooftop dining. Does anyone know the name of it? I am looking for a restaurant that we could eat at and watch the fireworks from too on the 4th of July. Any other suggestions for eating and watching would be greatly appreciated.

Might be the Lahaina Store Grill %26amp; Oyster in Lahaina

We looked into it for our trip last July and finally decided having dinner before and grabbing a spot on the seawall to watch the fireworks. The reservation fill early at the places that have a view of the fireworks. And most are the expensive places to eat. The fireworks are great but fairly short. There is a ton of them but they fire them off pretty fast. There are thousands of people in Lahaina for the 4th and if your reservations are not for the exact time of the fireworks I doubt they will let you stick around and have cocktails and wait. I%26#39;m willing to bet they will move you along very quickly.

One word of caution too. Don%26#39;t plan on getting out of town for at least an hour to an hour and a half. It%26#39;s a mass exodus out right after the fireworks are over. We figured if we ever go again we would try to park out near the highway if possible and walk in. Because after the fireworks end you can walk to the highway one heck of alot faster than driving. All in all it was worth it though.

If you do go and watch from Front St. get a spot on the seawall early. Even those fill early and then the sidewalks about 1/2 hr. before, then it%26#39;s elbow to elbow just before, all the way across the street everywhere you can see the fireworks from. We had a spot next to the Cheeseburger in Paradise and had a blast. They brought out hula hoops and since the street is closed off, kids and kids at heart were out in the street with them. It was hilarious. There is some entertainment in the park near the boat harbor but we didn%26#39;t go down to see any of it. I imagine it was busy there.

Hope this helps.

The Fish Company has a top floor for eating and a fabulous menu.

It is on Front Street and also Cheeseburger in Paradise has

live entertainment and top floor dining. Both are on the water.

Book early though.
