I want the ';wow'; of a gorgeous hotel with a bit more room. Any suggrestions? Right now I am booked at the Fairmont (in July), but am willing to switch to a great condo.
Luxury condos in Wailea just as stunning as the Fairmont?
Look at Wailea Beach Villas -- about a year old and deluxe, they are on one of the best beaches on Maui. Walk to Shops of Wailea and the Wailea hotels.
Luxury condos in Wailea just as stunning as the Fairmont?
Squonk, The Wailea Beach Villas are stunning - brand new and very upscale. Here is a portion of my post from a few weeks ago regarding the resort. Hope this helps. FFD
';We have never stayed at the Fairmont, but have stayed two times at the Wailea Beach Villas - when they first opened in mid-2006 and again over the December holidays. I loved both of our stays - we typically travel as a party of 6 so booking into the Villas really makes sense to us. We stayed in the 3bedroom/3bathroom penthouse unit - their units are very large, beautifully decorated and have full amenities like you would expect at a 5-Star resort.
Up until the Villas opened in mid-2006, we have always stayed at the Grand Wailea. We really like Wailea Beach - GW, 4 Seasons and Wailea Beach Villas are beachfront, directly on the beach. Wailea Beach is great for ';walk-in'; snorkeling.
I can%26#39;t say enough about how gorgeous the grounds of the complex are and the service is amazing. The Villas are run like a resort - there is pool %26amp; beach service, 24-hour front desk, 24-hour room service, WiFi in the units, fully equipped exercise room, 2 pools %26amp; 2 hot tubs. The pool attendants will set up chairs %26amp; umbrellas directly on Wailea Beach at your request and FREE OF CHARGE. The pools are not crowded and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas - no need to get up early and reserve a spot. The resort provides beautiful green %26amp; white stripe beach towels. The pool attendants will deliver lunch from the GW or Longhis.
The Villas are directly in front of the Shops of Wailea with many different dining options. The complex is also just a mile or so from South Kihei and there is terrific dining throughout Kihei as well. South Maui tends to be less crowded than West Maui - we just love the Wailea area.';
