Kaanapali to Hana

I have check on mapuqest. The distance from kaanapali to Garden of Eden at 1060 Hana Hwy (just past mile post 10) is 53 miles.

The time for the drive is listed at 2.0 hours. If we did not stop on the way to the garden is this time correct?

I would allow at least that much time. The avg. speed is about 25mph. There are about 600 hairpin turns and 50 one-lane bridges. Beautiful drive, but very tiring as well. Give yourself a full day for this one.

Kaanapali to Hana

Easily two hours. Also allow for possible congestion getting out of West Maui. The two-lane connector road is the only way in and out. It has a lot of commuter traffic twice a day. It will probably be fine, but you never know for sure. A one-car accident can close it.
