I am looking for a condo to rent towards the end of July for a week. There are plenty out there, but the problem is size. Along with my husband, our 3 adult sons, one wife and also our 7 year old granddaughter are coming with us. Trying to find a place is not easy. I came across a few but am not sure about them. I don%26#39;t want to spend a fortune, but I do want there stay to be wonderful.
What is the beach like across from where Koa Resort is? I woould prefer the other end of Kihei, but they have 3 bedroom.
Anyone have information, I would truly appreciate it!
Kihei condos
Try these complexes for three bedroom units...
Kamaole Sands - south Kihei across from ocean
Maui Hill - south Kihei across from the ocean
Luana Kai - oceanfront
Menehune Shores -oceanfront
Kihei condos
Why do you want a three bedroom? Why do your adult children want a three bedroom? I asume you are paying for it all. If not I would get three one bedooms or two one bedrooms and a studio. Give folks some privacy. IMHO
that%26#39;s not a bad idea shanty...
Excuse me. Yes we are paying for the trip and YES we want one big size condo. I didn%26#39;t ask for your opinion on this, I was asking for ideas on resorts to check on.
We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 boys) we stayed at the Maui Banyan in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo (approx 1500 sq ft). Lots of room, plus if needed there is a sofa bed in the living room. The banyan has lots of 3 bed 3 bath units. Hope this is helpful.
I don%26#39;t think Shantybob was trying to be offensive. I really think he was trying to help.
Grand Champions has some larger units. This is above the fine Wailea beaches on a golf course with distant ocean views. You would drive 3 minutes and park at the beach.
Wailea Beach Villas -- if money is no object! I think Polo Beach Club also has larger condos. These are expensive, but beachfront.
Grand Champions is a great suggestion. It%26#39;s a nice property and beautifully kept.
Guess a three bedroom it is and I would cast my vote for the Wailea Villas. They sure look gorgeous. IMHO
I can%26#39;t tell if you have 6 or 7 people in your group, but you might try the Hale Kamaole in South Kihei. It%26#39;s between Kamaole Sands and Maui Kamaole across from Kamaole III Beach.
We stayed in unit #254 summer and loved it. Very low key and the Reilly%26#39;s had everything we could possilby imagine for a great stay. Most 2 bedroom units there have a loft which can be your third bedroom.
Unit #254 hold 6 people and can be located on VBRO - #64376 There are other units there with the same layout. You can view quite a few of them at:

Hopes this helps!
