I just got Clearwire (wireless internet w/ modem)here near seattle...looking at the charge for internet..I will definetly be packing my large paper back sized modem. according to their website, their coverage on Maui is expanding. looks like they are set in Waikiki also.
Wireless internet on MauiI did some looking into Clearwire a while back. They did have a problem with coverage in Wailea and Makena, so if you are staying in those areas you might some problems with access. I guess the antenna is up in Ulupalakua (up on Mt. Haleakala), and the single gets obstructed. This was about a year ago, but it didn%26#39;t sound like it would be changing.
