Oahu sites in one day?

I have been a huge fan of this forum for years now....Just wondering if it is possible to do Pearl Harbor, the Pipeline and hike Diamond Head in one day? We will be traveling with our 12 and 9 year old daughters and want to get the most of only one and a half days in Oahu. Thanks for all your help.....

If you arrive at Pearl Harbor first thing in the morning (7 am) and take one of the first tours of the Arizona (skip other Pearl Harbor activities), you could be finished there by mid-morning . . . travel north from there on H2, turning east on 83 to drive along the north coast, then the east coast . . . ending up in the southeast corner (Diamondhead) mid or late afternoon.

It will be humid at Diamondhead in the afternoon, so you may try going from Pearl Harbor to Diamondhead, then take the coastal roads in the opposite direction . . . maybe be at Sunset Beach for the sunset.
