Leis for wedding in sept?

Hi can anyone help with wedding leis we can order online %26amp; have delivered to waikiki hotel for 8am dont know if i could keep them fresh from the day before if we collected them anyone help? with

local knowledge?

Hi! Twiggs, I%26#39;m on Maui, but since no one has answered your question I thought I might try. My son and daughter-in-law were married here on Maui. We ordered flowers from a local florist and picked them up the afternoon the day before a 8:00am wedding. They were beautiful the next day. We picked orchids because these are the flowers that won%26#39;t wilt in the heat of the day. Plumeria has a tendancy to wilt. The florist just packed them so we could keep them in the fridge over night. I really don%26#39;t know where you should get them, but I assure you they will be fine the next day.

Hi msfus thanks so much for your input. still looking for some help from anyone that can recommend a florist near diamond head end of waikiki if poss if they dont deliver early it would be easier to collect them from nearer our hotel so any help would be really good im starting to panic now! help!

Like the last poster, I agree that a leis are fine to keep overnight in the fridge. Even if you got one delivered at 8:00AM, I%26#39;d bet it was stored overnight at the florists.

I think that the florists on Maunakea St. between Beretania and King in Chinatown (there%26#39;s at least 6 of them) have the best leis on the island. They are all very close to each other and you can look around at the many different colors / styles. Chinatown is a short bus / cab from Waikiki and well worth a visit the afternoon before the wedding if this works with your plans.

If this is not convenient, there are at also a bunch of florists on Kalakaua within walking distance of Waikiki hotels. If you let me know which hotel or which end of Waikiki you%26#39;re staying I%26#39;d be happy to give you some recommendations.
