We are hoping to go to Kauai the beginning of June. Two kids 15 and 11. It is our 25th anniversary. Any suggestions on a hotel that is not over the top dollar wise. I have to feed the kids.

I think your best bet would be to either get a condo or similar type of rental . . . that way you would have at least the basic kitchen facitlities, which will save you a bunch of money and time. That is what I have done with my kids - we eat breakfast at the condo, pack a lunch for the beach, and then have dinner out, so that it still feels like a real vacation. :) I would check out www.vrbo.com. I have another favorite site as well, but it%26#39;s saved on another computer - if you need that, I would be happy to post that. As well, I would highly recommend staying on the northshore of Kauai in June - the beaches are just incredible up there, and some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet.
