does anyone have any experience with any of these sites for a small intimate wedding. the ceremony will be only a few minutes, but i want fabulous pics, any suggestions?

I wish I had the ability to include photos, so you could see what these areas look like . . .I would pick Ke%26#39;e beach first. It%26#39;s very beautiful and you can drive right to it. You can%26#39;t really do that with Tunnels . . . these places are mainly talked about because they offer incredible snorkeling - there are many other beaches that are gorgeous on the north shore. Lumahai is a lovely beach. If you haven%26#39;t you can go to this website - check out the virtual tour of the Northshore . . .www.kauaidiscovery.com. If you click on Hawaii snorkeling, you%26#39;ll get the basic views of Bali Hai from Tunnels or Ke%26#39;e beach. They also show Lumahai from the air as well as a view from the lighthouse. I hope this helps you a bit. :)

Ke%26#39;e, hands down. While the lighthouse has great views, you%26#39;d be hard-pressed to include them in any pix. You could definitely try the east end of Lumahai (Kahalahala Beach); you%26#39;d get nice views of Lumahai from there. From Anini you%26#39;d get the lighthouse in the distance. Moloa%26#39;a Bay would be great except for lack of parking. Could you be dropped off?

Almost every wedding coordinator or photographer on Kauai that has a website provides information about local wedding locations. Typically they only show the ones that are open to the public and easy to get to and from. Usually they provide photos of these locations as well as a happy bride and groom in them so that you can get an idea of how your pictures might look.

I realize you have selected a wedding coordinator already from one of your previous posts, but if you troll some other Kauai-based coordinator websites, you may get a better sense of some good locations.

Of the three you mentioned, Ke%26#39;e is definitely the best option.

Thanks for everyones input! At the advice of my photographer and my time I put in checking out locations, we decided to go with Tunnels beach and possibly some of Ke%26#39;e. It should be a great location for great pictures!!

Hey premed - don%26#39;t forget, we want to see a picture posted or get a wedding report when you get back! Best of luck to you!! :)
