Has anyone stayed at the Poipu Kai Resort and what is it like ?

This sounds like a question for the Kauai forum, but there still may be people here who have stayed there.

I actually have not stayed there but have stayed in Poipu at Poipu Kapili and Poipu Shores. Poipu Kai is a huge complex, if you want to be close to the beach choose another accomodation because chances are you wont be at this place. It sits up in the middle of the Poipu Point area and while there are a couple buildings close to one of the beaches it%26#39;s doubtfull that%26#39;s where you%26#39;ll end up.

I myself looked at this resort the first time we traveled to Kauai and almost stayed there. I was glad we didn%26#39;t.
